Abstract Submission Guidelines
- Abstract should be 250–300 words (excluding title & keywords).
- Title: Concise, max 15 words.
- Include 4–5 keywords.
- Recommended structure:
- Background / Rationale
- Objectives
- Methodology
- Key Findings / Expected Outcomes
- Implications
- Font & Format: Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.5 spacing.
- Submit as a Word file (.doc/.docx).
- Abstracts will be peer-reviewed; acceptance notifications sent via email.

- Please note: Abstracts will go through a rigorous peer-reviewed process. Payment for the conference will only be made after the abstract is accepted.
Paper Submission Guidelines
- Length: 3,000–4,500 words (including references).
- Structure:
- Title Page (Title, Author(s), Affiliation, Contact)
- Abstract (250–300 words)
- Keywords (4–5)
- Introduction
- Literature Review
- Methodology
- Results & Discussion
- Conclusion & Implications
- References (APA 7th Edition)
- File Format: Word document (.doc/.docx) only. (Not published before)
- Plagiarism Policy: Papers with >15% similarity will not be considered.
- Accepted full papers will be published in Psychopedia Journals.
- Full paper submission dates will be communicated to participants via email.
Presentation Guidelines
Oral Presentation for Conference
- Time: 10 minutes presentation + 2 minutes Q&A. (10 minutes will be given; participants will not be rushed.)
- Format: PowerPoint (PPT) or PDF slides.
- Slide limit: 8–12 slides max.
- Font size: Minimum 24 pt (for readability).
- Avoid text-heavy slides; use visuals, graphs, or diagrams where possible.
- Note 1: Exact duration will be finalized based on the number of accepted presentations. Presenters will be notified in advance.
- Note 2: One paper from each technical session will be awarded for best presentation.
Publication Guidelines
1. Abstract-Only Submissions
- Authors who submit only an abstract (without full paper) will have their work included in the Conference Proceedings (ISSN) in Psychopedia Journals.
- Their names, title of presentation, and abstract will be published with DOI (indexed in Google Scholar).
- They will still be eligible for presentation slots and participation certificates.
- Abstracts will not be considered for journal publication.
2. Full Paper Submissions
- Authors who submit a complete paper (3,000–4,500 words) will have their work included in:
- Conference Proceedings (ISSN) and published in International Journal of Interdisciplinary Approaches in Psychology (IJIAP) (subject to peer-review).
- Only papers with ≤15% similarity (plagiarism check) will be accepted for journal publication.
- Publication charges are included in the conference fees; no extra charges apply.
