Registration Guidelines

Welcome to NeuroNarratives 2025: Psychology, Stories & Digital Selves. To participate in this international conference, please follow the registration process outlined below. All participants, whether presenting or attending, must register individually.

Step 1: Registration Form

Fill out the registration form with accurate personal details, affiliation, and email address. These details will appear on your participation and presentation certificates.

Submit via Google Form

Step 2: Abstract Submission (Optional)

If you wish to present your research, submit an abstract (250–300 words) following the conference guidelines. Non-presenting participants can skip this step.

Step 3: Payment & Confirmation

• After registration, payment instructions will be sent via email.
• Registration is confirmed only after payment is completed and verified.
• Registration is non-refundable and non-transferable. Please ensure all details are correct before payment.
• Once confirmed, you will receive access to all conference sessions, workshops, and materials.

Step 4: Attendance

• Authors and co-authors must register individually to be eligible for certificates and to present their work.
• Registered participants can attend all keynote sessions, workshops, and parallel sessions over the three-day conference.
• E-certificates and participation recognition will be issued after verification of attendance.

Important Notes

• All participants (including authors, co-authors, and attendees) must register individually to receive access links and certificates.
• By registering, you agree to abide by all conference terms, conditions, and code of conduct.

Refund Policy

All registrations for NeuroNarratives 2025 are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once payment has been made, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

In the unlikely event that the conference is postponed or canceled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified promptly. In such cases, registration fees may either be:

• Transferred to the rescheduled dates, or
• Refunded in full at the discretion of the organizing committee.
