Registration and Participation

Who needs to register for the conference?

All participants, including authors, co-authors, and attendees, must register individually to access the conference.

Do authors or co-authors need to register for multiple days?

Yes. All authors and co-authors must register for all three days (26th, 27th, and 28th December 2025) to present their work and receive participation certificates.

Can one registration cover multiple authors?

No. Each author or co-author must register individually. One registration only covers the individual who registered.

Is registration required to attend workshops or sessions?

Yes. Registration is mandatory for attending all workshops, keynotes, and parallel sessions.

Can two authors share one registration?

No. Registration is non-transferable and valid only for the registered individual.

What is the conference theme?

The theme for NeuroNarratives 2025 is:
“Rewiring Minds in a Digital Age: Identity, Empathy & Healing at the Crossroads of Technology.”

Will sessions be recorded?

No, sessions will not be recorded.

Technical Information

Is the conference virtual or in-person?

The conference will be held fully online, accessible from anywhere.

What technical setup is needed?

Participants need a computer or mobile device with internet access, a webcam, and a microphone for interactive participation.

Payments & Refunds

Are there refunds for registration?

No. All registrations are non-refundable. In case the conference is canceled or postponed by organizers, registration fees may be transferred to the rescheduled dates or refunded at the organizers’ discretion.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payments can be made via credit/debit card, net banking, or UPI.

General Certification Information

Will I receive a certificate for attending the conference?

Yes. All registered participants will receive a Certificate of Participation upon attending the conference.

What about the certificate of participation?

Certificates go to all registered authors, co-authors, and attendees. Every author/co-author must register individually to get the certificate.

What about the Certificate of Paper Publication?

The Certificate for Paper Publication will be provided by IJIAP.

Are certificates digital, physical, or both?

Certificates will be provided digitally in PDF format.

Will I get a separate certificate for workshops?

Yes, skill-based workshops will have micro-certificates in addition to the main conference certificate.

How can I earn a workshop micro-certificate?

Attend the full workshop session(s) and complete any required reflection tasks, quizzes, or activities (if applicable).

Will authors/co-authors receive a certificate?

Yes. All authors and co-authors must register and attend all three days to be eligible for the conference certificate.

Can co-authors receive certificates if they do not attend?

No. Attendance is mandatory for all authors and co-authors to receive certificates.

Issuance & Verification

When will certificates be issued?

Certificates will be issued within 1–2 weeks after the conference, once attendance is verified.

Abstract Submission FAQs

Can I submit more than one abstract?

Yes, participants can submit multiple abstracts, but each abstract must be registered and submitted separately.

Can co-authors be shared across multiple abstracts?

Yes, but each co-author must register individually and attend the conference to be eligible for presentation and certification.
