Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between spirituality, self-esteem, and life satisfaction among young adults through a survey methodology. The research aims to explore how spirituality influences the Self-esteem and life satisfaction of this demographic group. A sample of young adults (aged 18-25) was surveyed using validated measures of spirituality, self-esteem, and life satisfaction. Data analysis involved statistical techniques such as correlation analysis and regression modeling to examine the associations between these variables. Findings revealed a significant positive correlation between spirituality, self-esteem, and life satisfaction among young adults. Moreover, regression analysis demonstrates that spirituality predicts variance in both self- esteem and life satisfaction. These results suggests that spirituality plays a crucial role in shaping the psychological well-being of young adults, highlighting its potential as a protective factor against low self-esteem and dissatisfaction with life. Implications for interventions aimed at promoting positive mental health among young adults are discussed, emphasizing the importance of incorporating spiritual dimensions in such programs.
